So my manager is looking at new cars I've mentioned:
A7 Audi
CTS-V
Possibly a tesla but it wont be the good looking one so whats the point in that .
I know there are lots of cars I haven't thought of but here are the guidelines.
Must have 4 Seats.
Can be any transmission but he would most likely buy a auto.
I'm in Austin Texas USA so lets make sure its something we can find locally.
I'm excited to see what yall come up with.

Don't understand this comment.
M3 is the answer to this question.

Newer, and it doesn't matter I think the more swagger the better tho.

Cadillac CTS-VSport. 420hp, and drop-dead sexy looks. starting at $60k.

Four seats or four doors?

An used STI 35k, a S2000 15k, and a sweet truck of your desire for 10k. and you got 5k left over for insurance, maint, and modding. and Storage cost if it applies. DONE.

2001 Ferrari 456 . It has four seats, an auto, and it falls within your budget.

CTS-V, SRT 300C, or Supercharged Jaguar XF.

I'd go for a nicely specced/fully loaded Audi S4. Fantastic (and underrated) engine, super fast and comfortable DSG transmission, stunning looks, all wheel drive. Whats not to like?

Swagger and sedan? For this I'm thinking Mercedes. Both certified pre-owned
2011 Mercedes-Benz S550 priced at $59,877
or
2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS550 priced at $59,877. More swagger, but way more miles too.

Just because I don't like rules.

You still probably have like 10k to play with options.

CTSV wins everything imo.
VSport if hes going new like people have said, could get charger srt8, could get chevy SS could get an older Pontiac G8 could even get FORD RAPTOR or a Shelby Mustang.
with that budget he can go far

Options? You mean the Alfaholics inventory?

New RS4 isn't available in the states. And while I'm a massive fan of the B7 RS4 (mmm, Nogaro blue…), I'd steer clear of used ones given their high maintenance V8s known for their carbon buildup issues.

that blue.....eeeruyggrhhhhhh so sexy on a RS4

I meant options on the Charger, but you're probably right. Use that 10k for Alfa parts, because we all know its going to break.
* Still totally worth it though.

Apparently those are not that unreliable. Besides the caveats of most older cars, such as worn synchros, and rust (apparently the Alfa is a bit worse than average in that respect0 the Alfa Nord engines are by all accounts lovely, reliable little aluminium wonders. By the time the picture 1750 rolled of the line, the basic engine design was already more than 10 years old so most kinks were worked out. Then they just kept making them until 1994 because it was just a lovely little engine.

CPO S6/S7, CTS-V, CPO C63 (because texas). 100% in favor of low mileage CPO cars.

Love mine! Just picked up one couple months ago

I'd say a CTS V-Sport or a 300 SRT8
Or get a Chevy SS and use the leftover cash to buy a boat or something.

CPO CTSV. They can be had in the 40s and have an unbelievable CPO warranty.
If he doesn't care about going fast, tell him to buy a Camry and use the rest of the money to give you a raise.
![]() 05/20/2014 at 16:06 |

CPO is a good option. And Texas has TONS of nice used cars.

toyota tercel.
low price
low fun
low fuel consumption
best STD prevention method
comes in all the great 90s colors.
and you'll have 59'500$ for cocaine and prostitutes.

Chrysler 300C SRT8. RWD monster in a fine business suit. (just configured one... 300C SRT8 Premium, fully loaded... $61K.)
Sedan - check
Swagger - double-check.
Auto.
SRT 392 V8.
Black-chrome wheels, (I would also go with the black grille mesh with the chrome grille frame...) along with the smoke black headlight housings.
In Texas, I could see going for silver, or maybe even white, rather than black under the summer sun. But other than black, I would go for red, or their dark jazz blue.
Says "executive" far more than a Charger. Classier and more traditional executive sedan looking than a Taurus SHO or Lincoln MKS Eco-Boost, or even a Jaguar F-type.
Audis are great, but AWD is a lot of extra mechanicals for dry texas roads. BMW 5-series is a bit standard in this class. usual, and not all that 'special' seeming. Same for E-class Mercs.
Mopar is a bit more bold-American for a texan, and a 300 is more of a business manager's car, than a Dodge Charger.
Frankly, it is more dignified looking than a boy-racer CTS-V, but that is just my taste.
And easier to find, and the SRT or Varvatos model have a bit more of a 'special edition' thing going on than a Chevy SS sedan, which is barely other than a Pontiac G8 GT, which I don't exactly forgive GM for canceling Pontiac without giving it a fighting chance to come back.

Nice car... but a complete absence of swagger, unfortunately. I wish they had been a little bolder with spicing up the R-Spec 5.o Genesis. But probably a great value for the $$$, though.

Lots of cocaine and strippers!

I only see 3 options here. Classic Alfa. Any CPO AMG. Local Motors Rally Fighter.

Audi S6 or S8, forget the "A's"

60K only gets you the smaller battery, lower performance Tesla with no options.
